Truly Organic certification exists only within a fully enforced chain of custody system.

No product may carry the mark unless it is:

  • Individually registered
  • Continuously traceable
  • Actively verified within our system

If a product cannot be tracked, it is not certified.

If it cannot be verified, it does not enter the market under our name.

There are no exceptions.

 Certification Tier Architecture

All certified products operate within a progressive, time-weighted hierarchy, where status is earned through sustained, verified compliance.

Certification Levels:

  • Organic In Conversion
    Transitional production under active system control
  • Certified Organic
    Fully compliant with defined organic standards
  • Organic Gold
    Minimum 3 consecutive years of uninterrupted, verified compliance
  • Organic Platinum
    Minimum 7 consecutive years of uninterrupted, verified compliance

Certification is not static.
It is continuously validated against live system data.

Any verified deviation results in immediate revocation, with mandatory re-entry at conversion level.

No status is protected.
No history is carried forward after breach.

 Certification as a System Output

Certification is not issued independently at farm level.

It is only activated once product is:

  • Fully onboarded into the traceability system
  • Assigned a verifiable batch identity
  • Integrated into a controlled distribution pathway

This ensures:

  • Certification cannot exist outside the system
  • No off-record stock can carry the mark
  • Every certified unit is accounted for, in real time

The label is not approval.
It is the result of control.

 Closed-Loop Traceability

Each batch is assigned a unique, system-bound identity at origin, forming a continuous record through every stage of movement.

System-Controlled Stages:

  • Origin registration (farm, field, harvest event)
  • Post-harvest handling under tier segregation
  • Processing and packing with input-output reconciliation
  • Distribution with logged custody transfer
  • Retail placement with live certification validation

At any point:

  • Missing or inconsistent data invalidates certification
  • Unregistered movement triggers immediate review
  • System breaks result in automatic suspension

There is no parallel flow.
No secondary channel.
No unverified distribution.

 Retail Enforcement & Physical Verification

Certification is enforced at the point of sale.

Truly Organic deploys independent field auditors to conduct:

  • Unannounced in-store inspections
  • Batch-to-system verification
  • Shelf-level certification authentication

Each product is checked against:

  • Registered batch identity
  • Active certification tier
  • Recorded distribution pathway

Any inconsistency results in:

  • Immediate escalation
  • Product withdrawal where required
  • Full trace-back investigation

Certification is not trusted at retail.
It is verified in place.

 Structured Transparency & Data Protection

The system is fully transparent — but intentionally controlled.

Consumers are able to verify:

  • Certification status

  • Batch-linked traceability

Access is provided via secure QR interaction.

However:

  • Farmer identities remain undisclosed
  • Supply chain relationships are protected

 Consumer Verification & Escalation

Every product carries a direct verification pathway.

Consumers may:

All cases are:

 Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

If alignment fails:
